Not Enough Exercise

There is no doubt that exercise makes you healthier!

The benefits of exercise:

Improves mobility

Controls weight

Tones up the heart

Reduces blood pressure

Reduces stress

Increases "feel-good factor"

Lowers ‘bad’ cholesterol

Raises ‘good’ cholesterol

BUT... if you have not recently been exercising, start gradually.

Walking

Swimming

Cycling

Country Dancing

Gardening

Aerobics

Disco Dancing

Moderate exercise for at least 30 minutes, most days is good for you.
